Hi there! As the days are getting longer and brighter we’re planning to have a barbecue at Beaver Lake on the 7th of May (Rain date: May 8st) starting at 1PM (12:30 if you’d like to meet at McConnell and walk over together) to celebrate the students who are graduating this semester. Join us and your peers to unwind and spend an afternoon chilling around with good food and good company. RSVP ASAP.
The event is going to be a crossover between a BBQ and a potluck; we’ll be providing burgers, hotdogs, veggie/beyond meat burgers, chips, beer, but we highly encourage (but not mandatory) attendees to bring food that you’re really good at cooking or probably an ethnic dish that everyone must try once in their lifetime!
We’re also looking for volunteers to help us organize the event of the semester and to take some photos! If you’re interested, then please indicate that in the form. Note that the volunteers are selected on a first come first serve basis. Selected volunteers will be provided with CSGS merch so sign up soon!
